  French Ministry of Culture: The documents resulting from this cycle of workshops can be downloaded and used by all establishments wishing to engage in this project . Although they cannot replace the exchanges between experts and professionals in the field during the workshops, the objective is to share and make available these tools that will facilitate the implementation of your safeguarding plan. You will find an editable PSBC template in PPTX format, work instructions in the toolbox as well as useful resources.

• Historic England - Heritage Crime Risk Assessment - This guidance note is aimed at heritage professionals, community groups and volunteers who have little or no experience of risk management and crime prevention. Its aim is to introduce a straightforward methodology that will help them to assess and quantify relative crime risks and to implement cost-effective measures to address those risks. This process is distinct from any assessment of risk undertaken for insurance purposes.

• Priority Tag

This tag has been developed to help identify cultural objects for evacuation in an emergency . The tag marks objects that should be evacuated as a priority, and is easy to see thanks to its highly reflective surface. The design and all guidance is available open access online – as long as it is used in accordance with the rules for international emblems (details here).   This security guidance document ... will not answer all of the security questions that you may have but it will provide a solid basis upon which security risk management decisions can be taken. The guidance has been written to apply to a wide range of venue types and in a manner that is sensible, proportionate, and easy to understand. Not all venues can afford specific physical or technical security systems, nor do they have additional human resources to devote to security so a balanced approach that is risk and resource-based must be offered. This guidance aims to provide advice and guidance needed for members to make informed decisions about security risk management, how to use available resources and actions to consider to proactively protect their staff, users and assets.  All organisations will have their own particular ways of working and there are different methodologies that can be applied to areas such as risk management.  This document offers a particular approach but members should select and interpret the different sections with regard to their own circumstances.
